It was August 2009 when we had plans to start looking for properties. We did not know how to get started until we were referred to Abha. She started sending us property listings, understanding our choices & preferences while at the same time providing us feedback & bingo that turned out to be our starting point. We soon set up our first meeting & it was the second property on the very first day that enthralled us & that we eventually purchased.

Abha's knowledge of the market was very helpful in guiding us at various stages while selecting properties & neighborhoods. We were considering a single family home in the West Naperville/Aurora area in the Fall of 2008 when we came across one of Abha’s listing. After that viewing, we requested her to assist us in our search. We finally closed on our dream home in May, 2009. Throughout this process, Abha demonstrated her commitment to customer service, knowledge of the local market/service providers such as property inspectors, and an eye for detail.

While we cannot recall the exact number of properties we looked at, it is fair to state that the number was very substantial. I have spent the last three months working with Abha Dey in regards to finding a home. Since this was my first time buying, I was very apprehensive on the whole process. Abha was the best find that I could have had in regards to my home buying experience. 

She went out of her way to help me understand the process and she even met with me at 7:30 p.m. when I made a decision at a moment's notice that I needed to see an additional townhome before I could made a decision on another one.
